Terms and Conditions
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, refund, and cancellation of products purchased through the website www.hundredyears.in (the “Website”). By making a purchase through the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Eligibility for Returns
a. Products purchased from the Website may be returned, provided the request is based on valid reasons and accepted by the Customer Service Team.
b. Returns are allowed under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, expired, faulty, or defective.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
2. Conditions for Returns
a. Returns must be initiated within seven (3) days from the date of receipt of the product. Beyond this period, no returns will be accepted.
b. Open packs will not be returned.
c. The product must be returned in the condition it was received, along with the original invoice.
d. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals, tags, and brand packaging intact.
e. The replacement of the product will be subject to its availability on the Website at the time of the request.
3. Procedure for Returns
a. To initiate a return, you must send an email to care@hundredyears.in within three (3) days of receipt of the product.
b. The email must include the following details:
- Product name and order ID.
- Images and videos of the product showing the defect, with the Batch ID clearly visible.
- A detailed description of the issue.
4. Refund Policy
a. Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will inspect the item and notify you of its receipt via the email address provided at the time of order placement.
b. Following inspection, the Company will notify you of the status of your refund. The decision of the inspection team shall be final and binding regarding the validity of your refund request.
c. If approved, the refund process will be as follows:
- For payments made via net banking, credit card, or debit card, a refund request will be initiated within five (5) working days. The amount will be credited to your account within approximately fourteen (14) working days, or as per the bank’s timelines.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
a. If a refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to officially reflect.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you still do not receive your refund after completing these steps, please email us at care@hundredyears.in for further assistance.
6. Order Cancellation
a. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us promptly.
7. General Provisions
a. The Company strives to provide a seamless return, refund, and cancellation process for its customers; however, restrictions may be imposed to comply with legal, business, and contractual obligations.
b. The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
